1.1 Refunds are only applicable if a course or service is canceled by Intello Cyber Academy.
1.2 No refunds will be provided for cancellations or withdrawals initiated by the user after enrollment.

2. Cancellation by Intello

2.1 In the rare event that a course or service is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund.
2.2 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. User-Initiated Cancellations

3.1 User-initiated cancellations, including dissatisfaction with the course or service, are not eligible for refunds.
3.2 Users are encouraged to thoroughly review course descriptions and service offerings before making a purchase.

4. Course or Service Transfer

4.1 Enrollment in digital courses or services is non-transferable.

5. Support and Exceptions
